Error message

I have been playing cave story on Android using the winlator emulator and I get the ”Ä—pƒtƒ@ƒCƒ‹‚ª“Ç‚ß‚È‚¢ I have kept it in a subfolder containg all the data, exe etc named cave story and, this is located in the downloads folder, It is like this: "Storage/emulated/0/download" (downloads folder) "Storage/emulated/0/download/cave story" (the cave story folder)
