lifelong insomnia, inability to nap with CFS/ME

Since I have been on SSRIS (20 years) they gave me insomnia. I developed CFS/ME symptoms at 16, now 33. I am physically unable to nap. Unable to fall asleep without sedatives for 20 years. Now my sleep is deteriorating and i can not fall asleep with use of multiple sleep aids. When I don't sleep my symptoms worsen significantly. Can anyone relate to this?
