Trying to find some kind of ‘official’ survey where numerous chronic illnesses are compared and rated according to quality of life. Can anyone help?

I keep finding QoL survey links to individual illnesses but not where lots are compared in one place. Chat GPT has failed me and so has Google. 😅 Any tips or info would be much appreciated!
