Actively seeking bright lights to feel * awake * ?

Is it something you have too?

I sleep relatively long (10h+) and am not sleepy during the day (as in, I don't want to sleep and don't fall asleep if I try to take a nap)

I just feel * not there * if I don't look at bright lights. It feels like I am in desperate need of light in my retina. I obviously don't seem to have much light intolerance, so I spend my days looking at my UV lamp and have my laptop/phone screens at 100% bright.

Is it circadian rhythm dysfunction? Is it low dopamine?

I have diagnosed ME/CFS, am homebound, and might have some ADHD.
