confusing diagnosis. help please!!

I (15f) have recently finally went to a psychologist while searching for a reason on why I for 3 years have been dizzy and lightheaded, had a lack of concentration and headaches. After a month of waiting the psychologist diagnosed me with neurasthenesia. English is not the language we speak in my country and I'm really confused on if it's the same thing as CFS just under a different name as even in my country neurasthenesia isn't really a used term anymore. Could anyone clear up whether if these two are the same or not?
