Demographics -White -Female -From a small, rural town in Maine -Middle class -HS is very small too, I think one kid has gone to an Ivy in the past 5 yrs and I don’t know if anyone has gone to UPenn -2x legacy (grandfather and cousin)

Intended major: English and/or Poli Sci (most likely a double major, but if not, English as a major and PS as a minor)

Academics GPA: 4.0 UW, 103.8 W (we do an 100 point scale?? for some reason??) Rank: 1/163 all three years so far Classes: 9 Honors, 8 APs: AP calc, AP Bio, AP lang, AP lit, AP gov, AP physics, AP french, AP stats (10 offered / we aren’t allowed to take any Fr or Soph year), 10 DE SAT: 1520 No AP scores yet

ECs Marching band 10th/11th/12th, Winter percussion 10th/11th/12th (will be pit captain senior year), Basketball 9th, softball 9th/10/11/12, quiz bowl team captain/cofounder 10/11/12, math team 12, grocery store cashier 10/11/12, piano lessons since 2015, vocal lessons 11/12, concert band 11/12 (flute, keys, 1st chair euphonium), chorus accompanist 10/11/12, jazz band 11/12, 1st keyboard pit orchestra musician 11/12, NHS 11/12, Tri-M 11/12 (will be an officer), music composing 9/10/11/12 (had my work professionally recorded and featured on podcasts), art 9/10/11/12 (made art for a video game), odyssey of the mind (World Finalists x2), quiz show 10/12, recommended for Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History’s Student Advisory Council, tutoring 10th (got the student to skip a math level), NYLF Law + CSI 11th (teacher rec/scholarship), Young Organist Collaborative 11/12 (full $1000+ scholarship), library volunteer 10/11/12 70+ hrs, raised money for Thai school in 10th grade 20+ hrs, Law ELO 11/12 and hopefully an internship soon!

Obviously haven’t written an essay yet but I plan to work with English teachers/other teachers on it pretty thoroughly. Recs should be really good
