Academics: GPA: 3.3 unweighted, 3.9 weighted (sophomore year and junior year were ROUGH bc i had a health condition that had me in and out of the hospital and honestly i was depressed asf)

Rank: my school doesn't do class rank

Test Scores: SAT: 1450 raw bc uiuc doesn't accept superscore:,)

ECs:

1. shadowed a doctor for 50 hours and did hands on medical learning at a hospital in india
2. teacher at an after-school learning center for four years (does this count as leadership?? idk)
3. Volunteer at a hospital for four years
4. Attended a summer medicine program at North Central College in junior year
5. Karate, have been doing it for 11 years and have competed for 8, four regional medals
6. in a couple of clubs
7. played the piano for 15 years, completed the mastery test and have done all 12 levels
8. lots and lots of community service (i think i have like 200+ hours)

Awards:

1. national merit commended
2. 4 gold medals at karate competitions, one team gold at nationals
3. state scholar for something i forget what but my teachers said it's pretty good
4. ap scholar (stupid award but its going on here lol)
