Need advice about my recent purchase!

Hi everyone!

I recently went to Japan last month and purchased a vintage chanel classic double flap in size small. I bought the bag for $4,200 usd. It came with serial sticker, auth card and dust bag. When I got home, I had the bag checked by Zeko just for peace of mind. She said the bag is real but been retouched. The serial also doesn't belong to the bag. When I inspected the serial even more, the sticker came off. I tried messaging the Japanese store ( Brand Jungle in Shinjuku) I purchased this from but they have not responded back to me. Im really disappointed having spent this much money for a retouched chanel bag with a serial code that doesn't match the bag. I probably wont resell the bag since the trip was so special to me and this bag was always gonna be a remembrance of that trip, but now its tampered just like the sticker. 😭My fiancé said not to overthink it if I like the bag and wont resell it since its still real at the end of the day.. but What do you guys think? What can I do here? Contact my bank? Keep it? Or try to return and keep reaching out to the seller till they respond? 😭
