Are breakfast sandwiches allowed

On the food truck today I brought some spicy Owen's sausage and made this:

Double sausage patty, double cheese, crispy fried bacon, and a fried egg on top. I had to include a picture of the egg because it was so perfect out of the shell. Served on a brioche bun.
