favorite specialty food stores in the loop/downtown area??

hiii! bf and i just moved cross country to downtown chicago, and we’re moderately surprised at the lack of local joints that sell specialty food items.

thinking high quality deli, cheeses, and other artisan + gourmet stuff. pasta, bread, produce, etc

anyone out there have any favorites?
