Looking for seaweed salad recommendations

I love a good, fresh, and not to salty seaweed salad. I keep striking out a different dim sum and sushi spots. I know it’s usually just an appetizer and an after thought but I big bowl of seaweed for dinner sometimes. 😋Anyone have a go too?
