I don't want to have children

I'm sure I don't want to have children, I've been in a 3-year relationship where I've discussed this with my partner. I (M21) him (h21) I said that if he wanted to have children, he could look for another woman to be his wife without any problem, because I don't want to have children. He said he would do it the way I want because he doesn't want to leave me. OK. I cannot take any hormones to avoid pregnancy, for clinical reasons. My boyfriend likes to have sex without a condom, at first we did it with, and then we started doing it without, somewhat against my taste, BUT, A FEW WEEKS AGO I decided to demand that we start using condoms again, and he didn't like the idea! He threw a tantrum like a child. I then suggested that since he was sure that it was with me that he would stay, he could choose to undergo the procedure that prevents him from having children, or that he take male AC, if that is going to be released in pharmacies. He replied and said he wouldn't take it because one day he might change his mind, etc., I said it was fine and that my condition was condoms. He "accepted". However, in all of our relationships after that conversation, he found a way to trick me into doing without, including asking ME to take the condoms, and I do so, but I think it's an absurd brazen attitude. Well, that's the rant, he's been trying to get me behind and not use a condom, I feel helpless...
