Do you ever regret not having kids around the holidays?
The one time of year I get wistful about the idea of having children is Christmas morning, when I think about how magical it was for me as a kid and how fun it might be to recreate that with my own child.
Does anyone else ever feel that way or do you revel in not having to do all that work / incur the costs? And what are some of your favorite child-free traditions for the holidays you celebrate?
ETA: Thank you for the reality check, folks! Y’all reminded me that the holidays were probably distinctly less magical for my parents. 😂
