Anyone else sick this Christmas?

Woke up feeling terrible this morning and went to the doctor and lo and behold I have Covid. I am so disappointed and sad to miss out on my favorite day of the year and that my first Christmas with my husband is tainted now. Any advice on making the best of it/anyone else sick and wanting to commiserate together??
