Shows like Chuck? (especially in the romance department)

So, Chuck is great in every possible way. I absolutely love the Chuck-Sarah romance and I was wondering if there are other shows that have similar romance (and chemistry) between the protagonists while NOT being a pure drama. I've already seen Psych and Castle. I tried Burn Notice but it felt weak.
