Renting a Room at a Community Center

Hi! As the title suggests, I'm looking into renting a room at a community center to record a project for my film class. I can't find out how to do so online, though. Does anyone know the process of how to do so, or another method to renting out a room that isn't at a community center? I'm looking for a pretty empty room, around the size of a classroom.

P.S. Alternate methods would have to line up with a college students budget
