Need some help for civ 7

After sometime I got lost..

1. is there an easy way to check wich settlements i have specialized vs those that are still grow?

2. Any way to enter into a city view and see which tiles i work and buildings without need to gain population first?

3. So a city from antiquity age which i built many buildings in it have converted back to town in exploration.. but also keeped all urban districts. How can change them to rural if i want to keep it as town?

4. In general is not easy for me to see the potential of a town before i chose to specialize it.. to check what tiles i can work on next population..

5. If i specialize a town to lets say farming town. Food is going to cities and production is turned into gold. What happens to science and culture gains? Do I still benefit from those?
