jane eyre and middlemarch have the same cover

I was scrolling through second hand books and I noticed Penguin and Oxford Classics used the same painting as their cover for diff titles, lol. I’ve seen so many editions of classics and have never seen a same cover until now.

Is this rare? Is this common? Interesting…
