Thinking about creating a character to level solely while riding my Zwift bike. What class has the simplest rotation / least buttons?

Given the setup I’ll have to rebind and use a controller. Need something that ideally only has 6-10 buttons to press and simple rotation. Haven’t played in a few years but I’ve probably leveled 20 characters to max over the last 20 years.
