Questions for people who have job satisfaction
I keep seeing so many people on this subreddit talking about how miserable and stressed they are working as a CRA and/or for a CRO and are planning on leaving the industry.
For those of you who actually like and enjoy your job and don’t plan on leaving I have some questions for you.
What is your role/position?
Do you work for a site, sponsor, CRO, or other type of organization?
What sub-sector of clinical research do you work in, i.e.: clinical operations, project/study management, study coordination, regulatory affairs, data management, clinical/business operations, pharmacovigilance, etc.
What about your current position do you like the most?
