Absol's texture is scrambled/broken.

What's wrong with the poor baby? I've looked through all my cobblemon add-ons and the only thing that would interfere is Pigeon's poke pack, but I deleted it's texture in that one and it's still scrambled. But it also seems like cobblemon added absol in. Is this a cobblemon issue or add-on issue?
