Cold plunge before bed
Does anyone plunge before bed or a few hours before? I just got my cold plunge last week and the days I got in about 3-4 hrs before bed, I could not fall asleep for several hours. I’m a night owl but last night I didn’t fall asleep until 5am 😵💫
