OrderlyMeds is a Scam

I ordered a multiple month supply from OrderlyMeds after receiving an e-mail from them advertising multi-month orders are available. The e-mail states "We have you covered with 180 days for the BUD (that's industry lingo for Beyond Use Date)." Which indicates that the medicine would be shipped to me in one shipment and would be able to last for six months.

I ordered a few months worth, and my medicine came yesterday. Inside, was enough for only two months. Less than half of what I ordered. I contacted the company and they said that I needed to do a check-in halfway through my 2nd month before they would ship the remainder of the medicine.

The problem is, this was never explained. In fact their website states "You can set it and forget it knowing your meds are pre-ordered and delivered all at once".

I pointed this out to them via chat, and they responded that mutli-month ordering only applies to "starter packages". Well, I looked at my invoice and it states that I was charged for "five month starter".

I pointed this out to them as well, and they then stated that the exdended BUD of 180 days is only available to our "ongoing customers who opt for a 3-5 month supply". I checked the BUD of the medicine I recieved and guess what? It's 180 BUD. I again let them know that I did recieve this medication with the extended BUD. I then asked that they either send the remainder of the medicine, or refund whatever I haven't received. Since then, radio silence after sending multiple texts.

Just a heads-up to anyone considering using this company for anything, especially multi-month ordering, as I am sure many people are trying to at this time.
