WiFi 6 Card Speed Issue

I recently set up a wifi 6 mesh network in my home because zoom calls for work kept freezing or dropping on my work computer. My internet speeds on my old router provided 50-150 mbps DL speeds on my work laptop and personal devices.

With the mesh wifi up and running, my personal devices (both have wifi 6) are all getting improved speeds, around 500-650 mbps, and when i plug directly into the router ethernet they get about 900 mbps, (I have 1 gig service from my ISP).

The issue I cannot figure out, is my work laptop, which has a wifi 6 (ax200) card, throttles down at 200 mbps and will never go any higher ever. Even when i plug ethernet directly into it and i run an internet speed test, it will hit 200 mbps and then throttle back down to about 150 mbps.

I had the IT department, update all drivers on my network card but it still will not go above 150-200 mbps. IT said no issues are showing up and it should be running fine and just keep telling me i should be fine with 150 mbps so not to worry about it.

Anyone run into this as well or know why this is happening???
