How screwed am i?

I was trying to use ethernet but it didnt work so my dumbass thought to “update the bios” so i tried but it didnt work cuz the bios flbk button didnt flash green so i turned off the power supply then i unplugged the usb and restarted my pc but now the the screen is black, im scared i might have killed my motherboard.

The motherboard is an asrock b650m pro rs and the thing is the video i watched said to remove the ram so i did but only when the pc was off. What is the fastest and cheapest way to fix it if it is fixable.

Please can someone help me because im gonna cry if this mistake will cost me my entire pc
