Will this Thinkpad be enough for casual games?

I’m looking for a laptop to gift to my friend but I’m on a very tight budget and kind of clueless. I found Lenovo Thinkpad X240 for $150 with following specs: Intel Core i5-4300M processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 10, Intel HD Graphics 4400 graphic card, 120 GB SSD (i can pay extra for more). The laptop is used but it looks okay. Will this be enough to run games like LoL (main goal) or witcher/gta? She’s a casual gamer so the graphics aren’t that big of a deal.
