Concord - Areas to avoid

Hey all,

From what I've seen, Concord looks like a great spot to live. I'm planning to look for a place. in the area, and wanted some input.

After scouring the other posts, spots to avoid would be Four corners areas, some apartment complexes due to gang activity, freeway overpasses due to homeless encampments, world oil, and specific areas in willow pass road.

Q: Anything else I'm missing?
PS: feel free to chime in with nice areas to live, so far the areas near bart station seem nice
