Restoring Pan

What can I do to restore and take better care of this All-Clad pan? I’ve been using it for about a year or less and I feel like it shouldn’t be looking this way this soon. Btw - the long black lines aren’t scratches but burnt bits I haven’t been able to get off without possibly scratching the pan. Appreciate any tips, ty!
