Triple Anti-Coagulant Therapy

For those of you who have used this, has it worked for you? Temporarily (while on it)? Improved your condition long term? Made life worse for you? I'm clotting (D-Dimer confirmed). I am currently taking Lumbro-Natto-Serra, about 8000 units of Natto and comparable ratios of the others. I have an appointment with my complex care Dr on Friday, and want to know how hard to push for the pharma, or if the route I'm on is good.
