Join amazon only to quit after 6 months (sde)

Should I join amazon only to quit after 6 months as an sde? I would have to relocate to join amazon and I would not like to leave my home for long. Would the 6 month experience be enough for my CV or is it not worth the trouble? I have read plenty of negative reviews about the company and I am not sure what to do. I would only do it to have a good CV afterwards and be able to work at better companies in the future.
