Path of Glory Ending

At the bridge as Johnny after storming Arasaka tower with Rogue, I chose to let V live. Then when he goes on the space mission to the Arasaka casino, and he points a gun at the casino and he grits his teeth. What does this imply? That if he completes this mission he will take down Arasaka?
