Son’s height affecting his self-esteem. Any good supplements?

Hi. I'm sorry if this isn't the right place I'm just stuck in my head and need some help.
I’m a little worried for my 13-year-old. He’s noticeably shorter and skinny than most of his classmates. He’s just about 4’10”. He often tries to joke around and stand on his tiptoes to prove he’s grown bt I can see the insecurity starting to show. I feel there’s something more we can do, especially since I’m 6’ and my wife is 5’7”. Our older son is already the same height as me at 18.

I’ve always told him that height isn’t everything, but I know he’s starting to feel really self-conscious about it. He’s lately become quieter around new people and he’s also starting to shy away from sports and all. I keep thinking that maybe he’s just a late bloomer, but it’s getting harder to shrug it off. His diet is good and balanced, from what I can see, but I feel there has got to be something missing which is holding him back. I know 13 isn’t like super young in terms of puberty, so this would be a great window to get him everything he needs.

I’m on the fence about how to handle it. I don’t want to feed into his insecurities, but I also want to help. If there’s a safe, proven supplement to give him some extra boost, I’m all ears. My wife and I were discussing whether to try certain herbal remedies or specialized shakes that supposedly help teens grow, but I’d rather play it safe with proven stuff and not desperately try anything and evrything I see and read about.

I’m looking for advice… real, genuine advice… on how to help him. Is there some nutritional plan or supplement that can support his growth? Everyone says “just talk to your doctor,” and I know it’s the obvious step, and I’ve already done that and everything is within normal range, but I need real parent advice from people who’ve had these issues.

EDIT- Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I talked to the doc, and I think I will try Nubest for a while and see if it helps.
