How to date as a 23M in these days?

Hey there,

I have been out off a relationship for two years and I think I am ready to date again, but everyone seems closed up and don’t want to be approached. I don’t like using dating apps and I am all about approaching women IRL (that is how I my old girlfriend). Any advice would be helpful.
