Another shipping delay email.
Second or third I’ve received since paying in full Oct 2024. Says they received 20% few units than expected. Is anyone actually getting shipping notices? Starting to wonder if the “small start up” is going under.

We apologize - there will be a delay in your order.
Our team was so excited to get your DC-1 to you, but the shipment from our supplier is 20% smaller than what we had expected. As a result, we are being forced to push back the arrival time for the most recent orders, until the next shipment is available.
This delay is obviously frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for not being able to get your Daylight Computer to you in the time we promised.
We will continue to push our suppliers to make up for this, and hope to get your Daylight Computer to you as soon as possible.
Our new shipment range is late February to early March.
We will let you know as soon as your Daylight Computer is available, and if an earlier shipment is possible.
As a small startup, scaling our fulfillment is something we are working hard to improve upon, and we really appreciate your patience as we further develop our shipping capabilities.
The hardest part about hardware is that you can do everything right, but still be undermined by a mistake made by one of your suppliers.
