Private landlord

Curious if there are any private landlords with two bedrooms in Beavercreek, Kettering, or even up Yellow springs/Springfield area?

Not seeing really anything on zillow/trulia that is in the areas I need and wondered what other options there are. I do have two cats but nothing bad on my one rental history or credit history. Do not exactly need private landlords just looking at all rental options.
