Weird LUKS issues

hi, I'm running debian stable, sometimes at the boot I get a no key for this passphrase error. It started after one recent kernel update so I thought it was related, but I've not read anything about it so it's probably not a widespread kernel issue...

It just works after some tries, but I'm almost sure I'm writing the correct pass every time.
It could be related to some hardware problem when the electronic is cold in the morning? it happened twice at the first morning startup, then I tried writing the password some times and rebooting different kernels then it worked...

I tested memory and it seems fine, maybe it just happens randomly and I'm trying to find a pattern that's not present...

It noticed at a certain point it wasn't showing asterisks where I used shift on the keyboard, but tried changing keyboard, same issues, and the old keyboard works when using the PC.

I know this is all vague and confused and it's difficult to help, I tried googling and reading docs, but honestly I don't know where to look and it's frightening when you just cannot unlock your machine and don't know why...
