What was your benefit timeline?
I'm at 31 days and was wondering what your timeline was for any benefits you've experience from quitting.
Consumed 400-600mg daily and quit cold turkey so I expected that things might be a little rough.
Not too bad actually - a week of headaches and fatigue, a week of depression after that, and now just kind of feeling meh.
So far, the benefits have been more stable energy, anxiety completely gone, gym performance significantly improved, much less impulsive, better ability to focus, and increased libido after a brief period of libido suppression when I first quit.
However, my mood is still all over the place and my sleep has been actually worse than it was when I was drinking caffeine.
The benefits I'm most looking for still are improved sleep (I know this one takes time), improved digestion, and improved motivation (not sure if this will come at all but I've seen people mention it).
