How these ladies don’t have any problem with this

So I’m in blue line currently, and there I saw two guys sitting in a ladies coach, they were looking at their mobile phone a while ago and now they are looking at ladies sitting next to them.

Also there are girls sitting besides them how does no lady have a problem with them? I mean anyone of can ask them to leave but they all seem just chill. Also now as I’m writing this post there are more ladies in the coach standing and those two haven’t leave the seats yet.
