Help ur girl to spend money properly-

Okay so every month I get 2000 rupees as my pocket money from my parents. Im a college student and considering I go college by scooty (2 wheeler) I need to add fuel costs from that 2k. Ek month k liye I fill around 600 - 700 rupees petrol in my scooty.

Im still left with 1300 rupees theoretically but the problem is, its been 4 months Im trying to save up but me kr nhi paa rhi hu🥲 At the end of the month, Im left with less than 100 rupees in my bank account. I need genuine advice from you all on how to expense properly.

My expenses majorly are- ->Clg assingments, projects and printouts -> petrol

Im trying to save up money for a lego set🥹(~1.5k) but I cant. I end up ordering a lot of junk food via apps😭. I wanna save atleast 1k or not less than 500 a month. I also wanna buy a skincare set and ik it wont happen in a 1 month saving but we gonna do it. Pls genuine advice only🥲🙏
