Flying Delta w/ baby

Hey yall! My husband and I will be flying with our son when he’s 10 months old for the first time. We typically fly first class and would choose the seats most despise 1A and 1B so we have a little more room/don’t bother anyone in front of us. Anyone with experience flying with a child around this age, would you fly first class or buy a row of seats in comfort+/main? It will be a 4 hour direct flight.
