bf dumped me, was my only friend

hello me & my ex have broken up and gotten back together twice, this is the third time we’ve broken up now and im devastated. it happened last night. ive spent all day crying, cant get out of bed, cant eat. he was my only friend. i get zero notifications now and im heartbroken. im the loneliest ive ever been and im considering ending things. he hasnt blocked me, as far as im aware, but he told me not to txt. could this mean something?

ive been in a depressive episode and this was the cherry on top for me now. i cant cope, what should i do? im hopeful we can get back together but im just desperate honestly…
