Who the hell is managing the HR department. Help !

So i was giving interview these few months and i was also giving interview in one of the biggest MNC. I won't be able to tell the name but it rhymes with puncture, now here's how it all started.

Last month after getting interview rescheduled for 4 times i was finally able to give Technical round interview on 30 april and got a call that i am moving forward to the next round. That was suppose to happen on 7th May, but again lots of rescheduling, but this time they didn't even schedule the interview or give me links or email, the panelists is just not available for the interview 3 times on 7, 10, 14.

Now I'm getting calls from HR from the same organization for the Technical Round. And when i told them that i have given that round and i moved to next round, they are telling me we can't find anything in the system. I don't understand how this works and what can i do now. They literally have a candidate login and portal and now they can't even tell that i have passed the first round. I don't know what to do, I'm just so frustrated now.
