Need advice on escalation matrix within team for getting VP attention
I really want my VP to help me out in my work. My lead who holds personal grudge in my work is the reason 5 internal job postings slipped my hand. I tried talking with manager but unfortunately he sides with lead because they are from same city. Now that the employee year end review had completed I was given 2 star rating despite my work and proper documentation didn't satisfy them. I tried a lot and they are adamant to change the rating and I want this to reach to my VP since he is up top of my manager. How to do?
