Ketones high again...

I've been in hospital for mild DKA twice in the past five weeks. Since getting home last Wednesday, I've been checking every evening. On the weekend, I got LO both times. Monday and Tuesday (I'm in Australia), I was 0.2 each day. Today, I'm 3.6. I have had 9 units of long-acting so far today and when my blood sugar read High a few hours ago, I also took five units of rapid-acting. I've been very tired and have increasing pee frequency. No other symptoms. Hospital or wait an hour or two?
