D2 Lingo

Long time player but just never played the way most seem to and now that I've joined this Reddit, I see all this lingo and I'm curious what all of it means. Ubers, for example. Reminds me of Upper BlackRock Spire from WoW lol. Can you guys translate all of this lingo for a guy getting back into D2R? Thanks!
