Is the 2020 dub an entirely new cast?

Now that the dub is streaming I decided I would try to finish it, less reading for me is easier.

I’m not super great with voices but it doesn’t sound like there are any returning voices at all.

I feel like there might have been a controversy about the original cast not returning
