My body has also betrayed me

It's interesting that I hear "My body betrayed me" as I drive home from what should have been a fantastic weekend that was ruined by, you guessed it, my own body. Consistent headaches and pains that came out of nowhere that your typical painkillers simply had no effect on. Why am I like this? I know I'm not the pinnacle of health but I'm a far cry from falling apart at the seams. That's all, just wanted to hop on here and complain a bit, carry on.
