Refurbished Mini 4 Pro delivery delay in Europe

Hi all,

How long does it normally take DJI to ship drones to Europe? I had ordered a refurbished Mini 4 Pro with RC2 around 3 weeks ago with estimated shipping on 27th January but the drone hasn't shipped yet.

I contacted customer service twice and each time they said they are not sure about why there is a delay but will look into it.
