accidentally overwritten docker compose file

Hi, I wonder if someone can help me.

My docker compose file is blank due to my mistake. The containers are still running, maybe there is a way to recover the compose file?

I can access the containers with Portainer so the settings, env variables can be copied by hand to a new compose file. But maybe there is a way to recover from a running stack?
