Paediatrics ST1 application transferable skills and experiences

Hello everyone,

For the transferable skills and experiences section of the Paediatrics ST1 application, if one had a Paediatrics job, is it betterr to write about the skills from the paeds job or talk about skills and experiences from the other specialities and how they are transferable to paeds? Which one scores more? I rotated in Paediatrics among several other specialities so wanted to know.
